At NovaLux, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide reliable, professional transportation services. To ensure fairness and service availability, please review our cancellation and refund terms below:
✅ Standard Cancellation Policy

100% Refund if cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.

50% Refund if cancellation is made between 12 and 24 hours before the pickup time.

No Refund if cancellation is made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
🚫 No-Show Policy
A "no-show" is defined as:

The passenger is not at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and

No contact is made with dispatch or driver during that period.
No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled fare.
💳 Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of flight delays, weather emergencies, or events beyond the customer’s control, NovaLux may waive or adjust cancellation fees at our sole discretion.
