NovaLux Transportation & Services LLC

By using NovaLux Transportation & Services LLC (“NovaLux”) services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our vehicles, services, and website.

1. Service Scope

NovaLux provides prearranged black car and SUV transportation services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. Services are offered subject to vehicle availability and driver readiness.

2. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

  • Wear seat belts at all times

  • Refrain from smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol or illegal substances in vehicles

  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect

  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws during the trip

NovaLux reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, poses a safety risk, or engages in disruptive behavior.

3. Rates & Payment

Rates are publicly disclosed and regulated in accordance with City of Dallas Chapter 47A.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise prearranged.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, excess luggage, cleaning fees, tolls, or fuel surcharges.

  • Quotes are estimates only and may change based on actual conditions or route changes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 100% of the quoted fare.

  • No-shows (failure to appear without notice) will be charged the full fare.

5. Liability Disclaimer

NovaLux is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle

  • Missed flights or appointments due to conditions beyond our control

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Wheelchair Accessibility

NovaLux provides wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request. No additional fee applies. Passengers must request accessible service at the time of booking.

7. Zero-Tolerance Policy

NovaLux enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers. Suspected violations may be reported by calling (469) 596‑1806 or emailing novaluxlimo@gmail.com. Complaints can also be filed with the City of Dallas by dialing 311.

8. Data Privacy

Passenger information is used solely to facilitate transportation and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law. For full privacy policy details, please contact our office.
